Gentle, authentic yoga for relaxation and self-regulation. Not a workout. Suitable for Yoga sceptics.
- 10:00 Black community meditation class
Suitable for people who think meditation it is not for them, and particularly for people with ADHD.
Saturdays, February 7 and 21
- 16:00 Q&A Satsang – your questions about your yoga and meditation practice
All times are CET Central European Time (Germany) and held over Zoom. Registration is required. Donations are welcome.
We offer sessions, retreats, classes and interventions for happines, self regulation and inner balance through therapeutic Yoga. Our focus lies on serving intersectional individuals and communities and helping alleviate the burdens of chronic and complex PTSD.
