Gentle, authentic yoga for relaxation and self-regulation. Not a workout. Suitable for Yoga sceptics.
- 10:00 Black community meditation class
Suitable for people who think meditation it is not for them, and particularly for people with ADHD.
Saturdays, February 7 and 21
- 16:00 Q&A Satsang – your questions about your yoga and meditation practice
All times are CET Central European Time (Germany) and held over Zoom. Registration is required. Donations are welcome.
Once again, we will meet for a gentle practice to counteract chronic trauma and stress. The classes are open for everybody who cannot practice comfortably or safely in a conventional group.
The classes are a chance to experience Yoga without the baggage of appropriation and misunderstanding.
They are suitable for all ages over 7 years, of any religious (non-)belief and levels of ‚fitness‘.
Dismantling structural violence and its effects cannot succeed without giving importance to the well-being of those exposed to it. Spaces which address social justice should therefore facilitate healing and recovery.
